4. For large quantities (50 items or more or equivalent to at least RM 500), please contact our sales representatives at 012-329 8252 (Louis) for negotiable rates.

6. Lead time/completion of deliveries:
   Major towns in Perak/Penang/Butterworth: 1-2 working days
   Sub-towns/Outskirts (Taiping/Sitiawan/Teluk Intan): 2-3 working days
   Remote areas (Alor Setar/Gurun/Perlis/Cameron Highlands): Within 4 working days
   Pulau Langkawi: 6-7 working days
